A member of the AVA, American Volkssport Association since 1980	A member of the Texas Volkssport (TVA) and the American Volkssport Associations (AVA) in the International Federation of Popular Sports (IVV).

The Marsch-und Wandergruppe is a non-profit organization promoting good health, recreation, and fellowship through walking.The walking or volkssporting events are open to the public and everyone is welcome. Membership in the Marsch-und Wandergruppe is open to all regardless of race, creed, color, religion, or national origin.Two Year-Round volkmarsches are held. One is in the city of New Braunfels, Texas and the other is located at Canyon Lake, Texas. In addition, two Event volksmarsches are held. In the fall the Wurstfest - Volksmarsch is held and in the spring the Gruene - Volksmarsch takes place. To contact someone from the club, click here
